Program Name: Maximus Nova SMS – Missed Call Automation

Description: Automated SMS messages sent in response to missed calls from home service business clients. The purpose is to capture leads and schedule appointments.

Message frequency: Varies. Typically 1–3 messages per initiated interaction.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
To cancel: Reply STOP to the originating number to stop receiving messages.

3. Consent to Receive SMS

By calling a business number that uses Maximus Nova's services and not getting an answer, you agree to receive a follow-up SMS message. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel the service with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees paid for future periods are refunded on a prorated basis in the event of early cancellation.

Maximus Nova reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email and will take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
